La Roche Posay - Effaclar Duo

When I first discovered this product I was a little sceptical, literally all of the reviews I read were raving about this new product aimed at oily/blemished skin. The product itself claims to:

• Unclog pores
• Refine skin texture
• Control the appearance of shine
• Correct the appearance of blemishes

I bought it from Boots for £15.50 and I was excited to use this wonder product as I had heard all good things and had been suffering from break outs at the time. Safe to say I have seen an improvement in my skin, First of all the texture is so light and easy to apply -it works great under makeup too- I have been applying it after cleansing my face and before I moisturise, and you only need a small amount to cover your whole face! Would definitely recommend the product to anyone who suffers with breakouts and spots as my face looks and feels better, I feel that the redness has reduced on my skin and im not suffering half as much from "bad skin days".  all in all the cream fits in easily with my daily routine and is affordable so give it a go! Here is the link to Boots website...

Love me beauty

So recently I've been hearing and seeing alot of 'beauty boxes' being blogged about, so I thought I'd try one out, after some googling and searching I decided to sign up to lovemebeauty.com which was  a £10 a month subscription, and each month you have 3 options to choose from, as soon as I placed my selection I was counting down for its arrival. And when it arrived I was not disappointed,  such cute packaging it felt like a birthday present (from me, to me).

Inside was 5 different producs from pretty unknown brands, and I loved all of them, from the face wash (which had a lovely minty scent and felt very cleansing and refreshingby urban veda) to the NYX nail varnish in silver glitter - I love NYX products recently they are such good quality considering the pricing- the beauty box really had some great products that I wouldnt have know about if I hadnt signed up, definitely worth treating yourself to a monthly beauty box so sign up!

First Post! Nude nails

I have had a set of acryllic nails on for a while now and after wearing a gorgeous colour by OPI called 'Kiss Me I'm Brazilian' (a bright hot

I selected the shade 'Sweet Heart'... when it arrived I immediately tried it on my acrylic nails and loved it! Such a perfect mix of nude and baby pink, a beautiful summer shade. Definitely a gorgeous colour for any girls nail varnish collection! Perfect for summer.
